胸膜転移をきたした類上皮型腎血管筋脂肪腫の1例

A case of renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma with pleural metastases

類上皮型血管筋脂肪腫（epithelioid angiomyolipoma：eAML）は，血管筋脂肪腫（AML）のまれな亜型でmalignant potentialを有する。腎eAMLの画像所見は，腎細胞癌や良性であるfat-poor AMLなどと類似する。術後に胸膜転移をきたした腎eAMLの1例を経験したため，病理および画像所見につき報告する。

We reported a case of 30’s years old woman with renal epithelioid angiomyolipoma（eAML）of 14 cm in diameter. Radiological findings were similar to those of renal cell carcinomas, but compatible with heterogeneous solid type of eAML. 7 months after operation, CT revealed multiple pleural metastases. These clinical findings suggested this case had malignancy with metastases or multi-centric occurrence.
