seromucinous hamartoma（SH）は，2017年発行の頭頸部腫瘍WHO分類第4版で呼吸上皮病変として新たに加えられた極めてまれな鼻副鼻腔腫瘍であり，画像所見に関する報告はごく少ない。今回，これまでに報告のない特徴的な画像所見を呈するSHを経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

We present the radiological findings of a rare case of nasal septal seromucinous hamartoma. The X-ray CT and MRI revealed characteristic tumor features. The tumor’s periphery exhibited isoattenuation on CT and low signal intensity with radiating linear high signal intensities on T2-weighted MRI, while the central region showed high signal intensity. Additionally, CT detected calcification within the tumor. Comparing these imaging features with histopathological specimens, we found the low signal intensity at the periphery corresponded to fibrous stroma, while the radial high signal intensities to glandular structures. Our report sheds light on previously reported nonspecific imaging findings of seromucinous hamartomas.
