内視鏡の進歩による内視鏡診断学の発展により，消化管癌の診断の主役は内視鏡になりつつある。しかし，CTやMRIの所見が診断の決め手や一助となることがあり，その所見に気づき適切に診断することが重要である。本稿ではいくつかの症例を提示し，特徴的な所見について解説する。

With the development of endoscopic diagnosis due to the progress of endoscopy, the leading role in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer is becoming endoscopy. However, CT and MRI findings can be decisive and helpful in diagnosis, and it is important to be aware of these findings and link them to an accurate diagnosis. We present some cases and explain their characteristic findings.
