Abdominal and pelvic hernias

腹部ヘルニアは外（腹壁）ヘルニア・内ヘルニア・横隔膜ヘルニアの3つに分類される^1）。ヘルニアの入口部（ヘルニア門）は鼠径管・Winslow孔・食道裂孔といった解剖学的構造のほか，先天的，術後，外傷性が原因となる。小腸・大腸の腸管や腸間膜・大網などの移動性のあるセグメントがヘルニアの内容として陥入する。ヘルニアの名称については脱出する臓器ではなく，ヘルニアの入口部の解剖学的部位で名づけられる。今回は，外ヘルニアと内ヘルニアについて述べる。

Abdominal and pelvic hernias are often poorly evaluated by physical examinations but are clinically delineated by imaging. Accurate radiological findings will indicate correct surgical approach. Vessels within the fatty tissue should be interpreted as landmarks to recognize the location of the abdominal and pelvic hernias.
