オクトレオスキャン^®（富士フイルムRIファーマ社）はソマトスタチン受容体シンチグラフィ（somatostatin receptor scintigraphy：SRS）で，多くの神経内分泌腫瘍（neuroendocrine tumor：NET）で発現するとされるソマトスタチン受容体（somatostatin receptor：SSTR）に結合し，その診断に優れているとされる¹^-^3）。欧米では以前より普及していたシンチグラフィであるが，我が国では2015年9月に保険適用，2016年に販売開始され，NETの画像診断の一種として近年広く普及してきた^1）。

A 65-year-old man with a history of alcohol overdose, resection of a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor（NET）and treatment of liver metastasis. Follow-up dynamic CT showed hypervascular tumor in liver S6 and hypovascular tumor in S4. Somatostatin receptor scintigraphy（SRS）showed increased uptake in S6 tumor, but no uptake in S4 tumor. After the surgery, the tumors of S6 and S4 were pathologically diagnosed as hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastasis of NET, respectively. Some non-NET tumors can also increase accumulation on SRS. In addition, there are some NETs that do not accumulate on SRS. These can be pitfalls in imaging diagnosis.
