重複腸管は全消化管に生じるまれな先天性疾患である。多くは15歳未満で発症・診断されるが，成人発症例ではまれな合併症として悪性化の報告が散見される。今回，我々は成人腹壁に生じた大腸重複腸管由来の粘液癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 50’s-year-old male presented with a left abdominal mass. CT and MRI revealed a large mass within the left abdominal wall. This was a unilocular cystic mass with the wall calcification and had no communication to the abdominal cavity and intestinal tract. Histologically, the mass contained a large amount of mucus and was diagnosed mucinous carcinoma derived from colonic duplication because a part of the mass had normal colonic mucosal epithelium and muscular layer.
