乳房温存術後に行われる放射線治療は，乳房内再発を減少させ，生存率を向上させる^1）。今回，当科で放射線治療を行った乳房温存療法の治療成績を報告する。

326 breast cancer patients who underwent breast-conserving therapy were analyzed. The 10-year overall survival and disease-free survival rates were 94.2％ and 84.9％, respectively. Local recurrence was observed in 17 patients. The cumulative incidence of local recurrence was 2.4％ and 5.1％ at 5 and 10 years, respectively. Metachronous secondary cancer occurred in 35 patients. Seven patients died of metachronous secondary cancer among 11 patients who died of other diseases. We must consider the occurrence of metachronous secondary cancer in the follow-up of these patients.
