まれな部位に転移した浸潤性小葉癌の1例

A case of metastases from invasive lobular carcinoma of breast to uncommon sites

乳癌の転移の頻度が高い部位は，骨，肺，肝である。今回，まれである眼瞼眼窩や尿管への転移をともに認めた乳癌の症例を経験したので報告する。

This is an unusual case of invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast presenting as an orbital and a ureteral metastases. A 63-year-old woman was diagnosed with orbital metastasis from invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast 13 months after an operation for breast cancer. A ureteral metastasis was pointed out 37 months after mastectomy. We must pay attention to the existence of metastases to the orbit or ureter from invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast in follow-up.
