治療前悪性リンパ腫患者の予後予測については，臨床病期，節外病変数，international prognostic index（IPI），National Comprehensive Cancer Network（NCCN）から提唱されたNCCN-IPI，および血清lactate dehydrogenase値（LDH），soluble interleukin-2 receptor（sIL-2R）が有用とされている^1-4）。

We evaluated biological, clinical parameters and SUV_max in 28 patients（19 male and 9 female）with no treated malignant lymphoma（1 HL and 27 NHL）at 400 days after PET/CT. Mean levels of LDH and sIL2-R, ratios of stageⅢ, Ⅳ, total nodal numbers of foci, numbers of extranodal foci and SUV_max in a dead group（9 patients）were more than those in an alive group（19 patients）, respectively. On multivariate analyses, clinical stage and numbers of extranodal foci were significantly associated with prognoses after 400 days.
