　介護老人保健施設(以下，老健)利用者を対象とした言語聴覚障害スクリーニングテスト(以下，試案)を作成した．老健利用者52例(平均82.1±8.4歳)に実施し，臨床的有用性を検討した．試案の目的は，聴覚，言語，構音，嚥下，高次脳機能の5側面を簡便に評価し，言語聴覚障害の全体像を把握すること，記録が初期報告としてスタッフに情報提供しうること，今後の精査やケアにつながること，の3点である．結果として，①利用者52例中49例(94％)に何らかの不通過項目を認めた，②試案判定基準による言語聴覚障害の選別では，聴覚障害と痴呆が多く，中等度～重度例の割合が高かった．③90％が障害を重複していたことが明らかになった．結果①，②は先行研究とほぼ一致していること，試案の所要時間は平均23.5±8.5分であったことから，本試案の一定の臨床的有用性が示唆された．今後の課題として，対象の拡大と，試案の信頼性，妥当性の検討が考えられた．

　A screening test of speech-language-hearing(SLH) disorders, dysphagia, and higher brain function disorders for persons in geriatric health service facilities(GHSF) was made.　Fifty-two residents in a GHSF were evaluated.　The major findings included the following.　On average, an evaluation took approximately 25 minutes.　Ninety-four percent of the subjects demonstrated at least one of the SLH disorders, dysphasia, or dementia, within which hearing disorders and dementia were found most frequent.　The results supported the preliminary studies.　Ninety percent of the subjects had multiple disorders.　Implications of these findings, the expansion of the subjects, the examination of the reliability and the validity of the screening test are discussed.
