Abstract 文献概要

　肺動静脈瘻に対する外科的治療として，胸腔鏡下手術が行われることが増えてきた．本疾患に対する術式においては，（1）確実な流入・流出血管の処理可能であること，（2）本来良性疾患であるため術式は低侵襲であることが重要と考えられる．今回，あらかじめ瘻中枢部を腸鉗子で把持し血流遮断することにより，比較的容易かつ確実に流入・流出血管の露出，処理が可能で，正常肺の切除を最小限にするように胸腔鏡下に肺動静脈瘻を切除しえた1例を経験したので紹介する．

Recently, thoracoscopic operations as surgical treatment of pulmonary arteriovenous fistula (AVF) has in-creased. It is considered that, effectively controlling the inflow/outflow blood vessel and reducing the invasion are important in this procedure. In this case, clamping the central lesion of AVF including normal lung tissue using a vascular clamp was carried out at first. Then, we processed the inflow/outflow blood vessel compara-tively easily and resected the AVF, without extensive resection of the normal lung volume. We introduced the technical tips about this procedure in this report.
