要約

　1985年の医療法に基づいて47都道府県で策定された，保健医療計画を分析対象として，保健婦の確保計画に関連した計画の各要因を明らかにするための調査研究を実施した。その結果，将来の保健婦確保計画の目標が数量的に設定されていた割合は，47都道府県の14.9％にあたる7県であった。一方，全都道府県は，各医療圏別のベッド数を明確に設定した。

　将来の保健婦確保計画と統計上有意な関連がみられた計画の要因は，老人保健施設ないし市町村保健センターを具体的に設定する将来計画があること，看護婦や医師や薬剤師などのマンパワーを確保する計画が数量的に計画されていることであった。

　Health Planning of 47 Prefectures based on The Medical Law in 1985, were reviewed to determine the relationship between the develop-ment of the public health nurse manpower and the health planning in the prefecture.

　14.9% of 47 prefectures has set up the devel-opment of health manpower of public health nurse by using the numerical number in future.

　On the other hand, all of prefectures have set up the number of beds in each medical area.

　There are significant relationships between the development of the public health nurse manpower and the setting up the medical facil-ities for the aged people, municipal health cen-ter facilities, and other health manpower devel-opment in future.
