I．はじめに
頭頸部領域と他の領域との芯重複癌症例の報告は少ない。今回われわれは甲状腺乳頭癌，原発性肝癌，Bowen's carcinomaの同時三重複癌と頸部迷走神経の神経鞘腫，子宮筋腫の圧市複腫瘍の1症例を経験したので報告する。
A 75-year-old woman was found out a swelling of the right neck. After operation she was found papillary carcinoma of the thyroid gland, schwannoma of the right vagus nerve, Bowen's carcinoma on the head, and primary hepatoma.
In the head and neck regions, tripple malignant neoplasmas were rare. We must be aware of the possibility of multiple malignancies in any patients.
