長期の発生間隔を要した重複癌症例

Primary Malignant Tumors Relapsed after a Long-term

I．はじめに

　1869年のBillrothの報告以来重複癌は諸家によりかなり多くの報告がなされてきた。全般的にみれば消化器癌とくに胃癌との重複癌が最多といわれている。しかし近年頭頸部領域における重複癌の発生頻度もかなりの増加傾向にある。今回われわれは約20年後に発生した重複癌症例を2例続けて経験したのでここに報告し若干の考察を述べる。

　Two cases of multiple primary malignant tumors developed after a remission of about 20 years were reported.

　In each case, the first tumor was treated with Radon seeds postoperatively, and in the same or neighboring regions the second tumors were developed.

　Etiology of these cases were suggestive of the radiation induced cancer.
