耳下腺転移性平滑筋肉腫の1症例

Leiomyosarcoma of the Parotid Gland

はじめに

　耳下腺の転移性腫瘍は稀である。今回我々は，耳下腺の転移性平滑筋肉腫の1症例を経験したので報告する。

A rare case of metastatic leiomyosarcoma of the parotid gland in a 43-year-old female who had noticed a growing mass in the right infra-auricular region for five months was reposted. After com-plete removal of the tumor by partial parotide-ctomy it was revealed that this tumor was patho-histologically diagnosed as leiomyosarcoma of the same features as that of uterine tumor resected 3 months ago. Based on the clinical course and the pathological findings this tumor of the parotid gland was thought to be metastasized from the lesion of the uterus.
