喉頭と子宮の同時重複癌症例

CONCOMITTANT CANCERS OF THE LARYNX AND CERVIX UTERI

　I．はじめに

　重複癌は，その発生頻度が，癌が偶然に重複する確率よりも高いことから，癌の発生を解明するヒントを与えるのではないかと興味を持たれ，今までにも多くの症例，統計が報告されてきた。

　われわれは喉頭と子宮に同時に癌が重複しためずらしい症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of squamous cell cancer occurring concomittantly in the larynx and the uterus in a woman, aged 35, is reported.

　The personal history of the patient revealed that she had 8 gestations, 2 diliveries and 6 abortions; smoked 30 cigarrettes per day for the past 18 years. The patient was married at the age 25 and divorsed at the age 30. After the divorse she had been employed as a fishwife.

　he last abortion in January 1972 was induced because of finding of cervical cancer by the gynecologist. The laryngeal cancer was discovered after examination because of patient's hoarseness for the period of past 3 months. The patient was treated by extended hysterctomy and 1 month later she was given 6,000 rad of cobalt irradiation for the treatment of the laryngeal cancer.
