　I．はじめに

　重複癌は1869年のBillrothの報告以後，数多く発表されてきた。また喉頭癌に伴う重複癌もしばしば報告されてきた。しかし，喉頭と甲状腺の組合せはきわめて稀であつた。

　しかし，われわれは喉頭癌の診断の下に手術を行なつた患者において，廓清した頸部リンパ節で，扁平上皮癌の転移だけでなく，濾胞状甲状腺癌の転移を同時に同じリンパ節で認めた。しかも，甲状腺機能が亢進していると思われる非常に稀な症例を経験したので報告する。

　There are numerous reports on malignant tumors of the larynx but their combination with malignancy of the thyroid seems to be quite rare.

　A man, aged 65, complaining of hoarseness principally was examined. Diagnosis of laryngeal cancer was made and the patient was operated.

　Histological examination of the removed specimen revealed the cellular structure of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx as well as follicular adenocarcinoma of the throid. And there was an increased thyroid function.
