I．はじめに

　腺リンパ腫，いわゆるワルチン腫瘍は多く耳下腺に発生するが，多形性腺腫に比べ比較的稀と考えられる。唾液腺腫瘍は他の部位の腫瘍と異なり多彩な像を呈することが多く，発生母地に関して不明な点が多い。腺リンパ腫の発生に関しても，今までに多くの議論がなされてきた。さらには腺リンパ腫自体，腫瘍か腫瘍でないかといら根本的問題もある。このような興味から，本邦における報告もすでに100例を越えている。今回われわれは9例11側の腺リンパ腫を治療する機会を得，そのうちの1例に興味ある組織像を見出したため若干の考察を加え報告する。

　Nine cases of parotid adenolymphomas found in our inpatients clinic for 3 years (30% of parotid tumors in the same period) were reported. One case was especially interested in terms of histogenesis of adenolymphoma. This tumor was very small (1×0.8cm in size) and located at the inferior superficial part of parotid gland. In histological examination, the tumor showed the typical histological findings of adenolynaphoma, but its capsule had a partial defect through which the tumor tissue was continuous to the normal parotid gland tissue. This histological finding provided an opposit evidence to supporting the most popular hypothesis of today in which adenolymphoma originates from the parotid tissue entered in the lymphnode.
