I．はじめに

　ここ数年来限科など他科における術後性副鼻腔嚢胞に対する認識は高まりつつあり，他科より紹介の症例も増えているが，外傷性嚢胞などは術後性のものに比して稀であるためそれだけ診断もつけにくく，時には重篤な障害を残すことも多い。

　最近私共は手術の既往歴がなく，いずれも嚢胞発生と同側の顔面の打撲の経験があることより，外傷が嚢胞形成の誘因となったと思われる副鼻腔嚢胞の3症例を経験したので報告する。

　Case 1 : A 54-year-old man, who had facial injury 6 years previously, presented right exophthalmus and slight impairment of vision associated with a pyocyst of the right frontal sinus.

　Case 2 : A 65-year-old woman presented a swelling of the left nasal root and the upper eye lid due to a pyocyst extending from the left frontal sinus to anterior ethmoidal sinuses about 10 months after facial injury.

　Case 3 : A 32-year-old woman lost her vision due to retrobulbar neuritis accompanying with a mucocele in the most posterior part of the left ethmoidal sinuses about 8 years after injury.
