鼻中隔より発生したleiomyomaの1症例

Leiomyoma of the Nasal Septum: Report of a Case

I．緒言

　鼻中隔に原発する腫瘍の中で出血性鼻茸，乳頭腫，混合腫瘍などは比較的多く報告されているが，平滑筋腫（leiomyoma）の報告はほとんど散見されるにすぎない。

　一般に平滑筋腫は子宮あるいは消化器系で頻発することは周知のごとくであるが，腎臓，気管，舌，眼球などでも少なからず認められている。

　A woman aged 41 years presented with a history of the nasal obstruction.

　A mass was seen on the left nasal septum and the surface was smooth, however, slightly haemorrhagic by contact.

　The tumor was surgically removed under general anesthesia and the size was about 1.6×1.4×1.2cm. Histological examination revealed that the tumor was vascular leiomyoma.

　No recurrence was seen after the operation.
