　I．はじめに

　Recklinghausen病（以下R病と略す）についての報告は，その病変が多彩なため各科においての報告が数多くみられ，特に耳鼻咽喉科領域では聴神経腫瘍に関する報告が多いと思われる。今回筆者らは，右側耳介の下垂ならびに腫瘤形成を主訴として来科した症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of 30-year-old male of Recklinghausen's disease is reported. He developed a large mass under the right auricle and retroauricular region, resulted in remarkable hanging down of the auricle. The tumor was removed and the auricle was surgically elevated.

　Many bony changes were found in the skull and pigmented spots were found in the skin of the trunk, accordingly, the author thought that the inspection of whole body is necessary for distinguishing the disease from others. During the operation, bleeding was so extensive that the improved method of anesthesia and surgical procedure should he investigated further.
