　I．はじめに

　耳下腺腫瘍は日常よく経験する疾患であるが，その大部分は上皮性腫瘍であり，ノイリノームは比較的稀である。最近筆者らは耳下腺深葉部に発生したノイリノームの1例を経験し，特に耳下腺造影後に行ったCT検査が，腫瘍の存在範囲を決定する手段として有意義であると考えられたので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of neurinoma found at the deep lobe of the right parotid gland in a 34-year-old male complaining of swelling in the right parotid region is reported.

　Among the various kinds of diagnostic procedures, the computerized tomography following sialography was the most effective in this case. The pathological features of neurinoma was discussed. In this case, the branch of facial nerve was surrounded by tumor tissue and the tumor seemed arose from the facial nerve.
