Ⅰ．はじめに

　von Recklinghausen病（以下R病と略す）は臨床上，しばしば経験する疾患であるが，時に骨にも変化をきたすことが古くから知られている．こうした骨変化は頭蓋骨にも起こってくるが，比較的まれであるとされている．そのうちでも特異型というべき一側の眼窩壁の欠損を伴って出現する拍動性眼球突出と前頭側頭部の骨欠損による同部膨隆については，欧米では従来かなりの報告がみられるが，本邦での報告はきわめてまれである．私共は特異な頭蓋変形を伴い，同側非拍動性眼球突出を呈したR病の1例を示し，その特徴的なレ線像，手術所見とともに，文献的老察を加えて検討する．

This is relatively rare report of an unusual manifestation of von Recklinghausen's disease showing deformity of the head which demonstrated palsating bulging in thee Ift Pronto-temporal region and ipsilateral exophthalmos.

A 3-year-old boy, who had been noticed by his parents to have an exophthalmos of the left eye and pulsatile bulging of the ipsilateral fronto-temporal region of the skull since birth, was admitted to our clinic on Nov. 14, 1978 for strict neurological and neuroradiological examination (Fig.1). On admission, no neurological deficit except for deformity of the head and ipsilateral exophthalmos.
