Ⅰ．緒言
最近，著者らは，6歳女児で鼻出血，眼球突出を主訴とした右篩骨洞原発の良性骨芽細胞腫を経験したが，外科的に摘出したところ，その後，良好な経過をとり再発の徴候をみないので，その概要を報告する。
A case of a benign osteoblastoma found in the right ethmoidal sinus of a girl, aged 6, is reported. The chief symptoms manifested were epistaxis of the right nose, exophthalmos of the right eye and general anemia.
Following the complete removal of the tumor the exophthalmos was highly improved.
The histological finding of the growth was a typical benign osteoblastoma which differs from osteoidosteoma in its fibrous stroma.
Benign osteoma in the ENT region is very rare occurrence. This case is the second so far reported in the literature.
