篩骨洞に発生したneurofibrosarcomaの一症例

A CASE OF NEUROFIBROSARCOMA

　Ⅰ．緒言

　neurofibromaやneurinomaの好発部位は神経中枢部すなわち脊髄，小脳橋角，脳神経幹であるが，末梢神経にもかなり発現し，耳鼻咽喉科領域では聴神経に多いが，舌，咽喉頭頸部にも発生することが報告されている。

　他方，一般に副鼻腔の良性腫瘍としては，乳頭腫，線維腫，血管腫，神経性腫瘍，osteoid osteomaまたはexostosisがあり，そのうちでも一番多いものは乳頭腫である。悪性腫瘍では癌腫が圧倒的に多く，肉腫がこれにつぐ。

　A neurofibrosarcoma invading the maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses was found in a man, aged 67. Examination of the specimen after surgical removal revealed the growth to have originated as a neurofibroma that had taken sarcomatous turn in part. A review of literature is added.
