蝶形骨洞真菌症の2症例

Two Cases of Sphenoid Sinus Mycosis

I．はじめに

　近年，食生活の向上や抗生物質の頻用によって細菌性の慢性副鼻腔炎は減少した。一方でステロイド剤，免疫抑制剤，抗がん剤などの頻用などにより副鼻腔真菌症は増加傾向にある^1）。

　今回われわれは，蝶形骨洞に発生した真菌症を2例経験したので報告する。

　Mycotic sinusis has been increasing recently and,it is usually located in the maxillary sinus,but rarely in the sphenoid sinus mycosis.

　In sphenoid sinus mycosis,sometimes patients lose visual acuity without any nasal symptoms unless proper treatment is taken.

　Recently,we experienced two patients of sphenoid sinus mycosis.

　Visual impairment was recovered with early operative treatment.

　On CT and MRI findings,there was no evidence of direct pressing that suggested other pathogenesis for rhinogenic optic neuropathy.
