　昭和41年8月1日松倉豊治氏により法医学会の課題調査の集計として最近5カ年間の薬物シヨック死剖検例が発表されたが，医療事故および紛争が日に増しつつある今日，諸賢の参考ともならば幸いと考え，耳鼻咽喉科に関する部分を詳細に観察し報告したいと思う。

　The authors made an analytic review of the case histories in whom shock-death occurred by use of drugs such as anesthetic, antibiotic, pirin and sulfamin. It is concluded that, in order to avoid such catastrophies, it is highly essential to obtain a good personal history relative to the presence of any symptoms of ideosyncracy, allergy, cardiac, hepatic or any other diseasc of intcrnal organ or setretions. These disturbances should be avoided in case of operative treatments and particulary with administering injections. Greatest attention should be paid in cases of pregnancies.
