 After the World War Ⅱ, 20 drugs were introduced for therapy in our country in treatment of vertigo and motion sickness. These drugs are reviewed in referrence to their respective composition and pharmacological actions. In among 14 of these drugs, such as meclizine and diphenhydramine, the active ingredient is antihistamin which is effective as being provided with anticholine action. Other ingredients these drugs appear to be carditonic diuretic, antipyretic analgesic, hypnotic, combined with vitamins parasympatholytic elements.
