Ⅰ．緒言
聴器に発生する癌腫は比較的まれであり，ことに側頭骨，中耳腔に発生するものはきわめてまれだといわれている。さらに他臓器癌腫からの転移はもつともまれであつて本邦文献中にも数例にすぎない。
わたくしは最近肺癌の側頭骨転移と思われる一例を得たので報告する。
A case of perietal bone cancer that apparently metastasized from the existing lung cancer is reported. A man, aged 52, complained of symptoms that suggested Ménière's disease but, a complete physical examination showed the lung cancer in the left lower lobe was the cause of this metastasis.
Report of parietal bone cancer in the literature of this country is indeed rare; the present case is the fifth thus reported.
