悪性リンパ肉腫の経過中に末梢性顔面神経麻痺を併発した3例を経験し,そのうち1例には剖検する機会をえ,神経障害の様相について若干の知見がえられたので報告する。
Three cases of lymphosarcoma with involvement of facial paralysis were reported.
In case 1 the patient reported disturbances in the ear a few days after the onset of a paralysis of the soft palate.
The case 2 was found with peripheral facial nerve paralysis.
The case 3 was diagnosed as mycosis fungoideus infection by post mortem examination. The tumor cells were found to be invading the skin of the whole body, the arachnoid membrane of the brain and the cranial nerves. This infiltration was found to be particularly strong in the left cranial nerves and involving the inner ear tissues.
