神経性嗅覚障害に対するATP製剤の使用経験

　Ⅰ．緒言

　嗅覚障害の治療はその原因に応じてそれぞれ薬物療法，物理療法，手術的治療等が一般に行なわれているが，特に神経性嗅覚減退，あるいは脱失と診断されたものに対する治療としては従来薬物療法としてコンドロイチン硫酸，ニコチン酸製剤やVB₁等を使用して来た。しかしながら現在までのところ，多数例に著効を呈する薬剤は見られない。

　私共は今回ATP製剤を使用する機会を得たので少数例ながらその成績の概略をここに報告し諸家の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

Neurotic loss of smell from moderate to co-mplete loss in degree in 9 cases was treated with ATP 20mg per day for 20 consecutive days administered intramuscularly. A marked recovery of the sense of smell was seen in 1 case, an improvement in 3, but the agent was ineffective in 5 cases. No case was aggravat-ed by the treatment. No result was seen in treatment of 2 cases of a complete loss. In all 4 cases that showed improvement under treatment the period of mobidity was within 3 months of its onset.
