Abstract 文献概要

　終戦をさかいとして薬物療法殊に抗生物質療法には著しい進歩があり，臨床上に貢献するところははなはだしく大きい。従来難治性と考えられていた鼻性髄膜炎もその例外ではなく，近年抗生物質治療によるその治験例は相ついで報告されて来た。ところがそれに依存するあまり反覆くりかえした術後性鼻性髄膜炎に対して手術的に完治せしめた1例に遭遇したので報告し諸賢の御批判を仰ぎ，若し何らかの参考に供することが出来れば幸である。

A woman, aged 19. was operated on the maxillary and ethmoid sinuses. But, during the latter procedure there apparently had be-en an accidently perforation of the ethmoidal roof : during the period of 4 years therafter. the patient suffered 7 attacks of repeated meningitis of nasal origin.

Upon reoperation of the ethmoid in question a cyst was located in the anteria ethmoid that seemed to have a tubular connection to the anteria cerebral cavity. With a complete removal of this cyst the patient no longer su-ffered attacks of meningitis.
