再三化膿性髄膜炎を反覆した頭部外傷性脳脊髄液鼻漏症治験例

OUR EXPERIENCE IN CURING A CASE OF NASAL LEAKAGE OF CEREBRO-SPINAL FLUID FORM REPEATED ATTACKS OF CEREBRO-SPINAL MENINGITIS INSTIGATED BY A TRAUMATIC HEAD INJURY

　脳脊髄液鼻漏は，頭部外傷や鼻手術の後に，或は特発性に発生する稀な疾患である。我々は最近頭部外傷後に脳脊髄液鼻漏を惹起し，経過中再三化膿性髄膜炎を反覆且つ気頭症を合併した症例を経験した。化学療法と手術によつて幸いに全治せしめ得たが鼻科医の立場から本症に就いて考察を加えたので報告する。

A case of repeated menigitis with nasal le-akage of the cerebro-spinal fluid following a traumatic head injury is reported. The patient was a boy, aged 17, while riding a bicycle tripped and fell recieving a strong blow on the right side of the head. The cerebro-spinal fluid leakage from the nose was successfully treated by operation; the recovery was une-ventful.
