序言
余等は先に（会報56巻4号）鼻腔黒色肉腫の一例を報告したが，当症例を其後観察中，興味ある所見を得たので報告する。
Ichihara and associates report a case of melanosarcoma of the nasal cavity with no-tes on the follow-up of the patient. The growth was discovered in the middle meatus of the left nasal cavity of a woman aged 54, farmer's housewife, and 19 months later it was found that the right middle meatus to be similarly involved. The patient has been treated by means of X-ray and by use of nitromin therapy. Two years and mon-ths later at present writing the patient is still alive.
