　鼻腔黒色肉腫はそう珍らしいものではないが，我々は全身轉移を來し死亡せし本症例に遭遇し，その全経過を観察すると共に死後剖檢を行ふことが出來たので，これを発表し從來の文献に追加したいと思ふ．

Hayakawa and Sakamoto report a case of melanosarcoma which originated on the floor of nasal cavity but had metastasized to almast all organs of the body as it was revealed at the time necropsy. Authors review with comments the lists of literature on melanosarcoma of the nose reported in this country for the last 20 years.
