耳鼻科領域に於ては黒色腫瘍は一般に稀であつて本邦に於ては1918年の穂積の報告以来文献上に発表されたものは少い。余も亦最近鼻腔に発生した悪性黒色腫の1例を経験し剖検し得たので追加報告したい。
Harada reports a case of pheochromocytoma found in a farmer's wife, aged 59. The tumor apparently originated in the left nare and which had spread into the maxillary sinus and the ethmoids. Metastosis into other areas increased ever more than before following the surgical removal involving the ocular fossa, the frontal bone and the cranial cavity; treatment by irradiation therapy proved to be without effect. Necropsy of this patient showed metastasis of the malignancy in the clavicle, ribs, spinal column and the lungs.
