眼窩黒色肉腫の1例

One Case of Malignant Orbital Melanoma

　従来，黒色腫で悪性を示すものは，母斑の黒色腫悪化，又は肉腫性，癌化性黒色腫に区別されるが，始めから眼窩内で悪化した黒色腫の報告例は比較的少ない。本例は組織学的に紡錐細胞肉腫であつて，約4カ月で急速に進展悪化した稀例である。

Comparatively few reports on melanoma primarily developed in orbita have been presented.

We are reporting here a case of melanosarcoma in a 31 years old male. The tumor considered to originate as naevus under the medial site of bulbar conjunctiva of the right eye, which rapidly expanded in 4 mouths upperwards, laterally, posteriorly toward the orbital apex, and inferiorly into the frontal sinus.

Operation, X-ray therapy and administration of nitrogen-mustards were ineffective.

Histology of the tumor rebealed spindle cell sarcoma containing conective tissue and mela-nin pigment.
