鼻腔黒色腫症例

　緒言

　一般に黒色腫は色素性母斑又は黒疣等を基地として発生する腫瘍であると見做されており，特に皮膚の黒色腫では此の樣な症例が多数報告されているが，我が耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ては黒色腫は稀な疾患であり，母斑との関係に就ても僅かに数例の記載を見るに過ぎない．

　私は最近全身の皮膚に多数の母斑，雀卵斑，黒疣等を有する67歳の農夫の右鼻中隔に原発したと思われる黒色肉腫の症例を経驗し，過剩の色素沈着を有する体質と黒色腫発生の関係に興味をおぼえたので，本邦で発表された我が領域の黒色腫47例に就て此の点を調査し，此処に発表する次第である．

Hanamure found 47 cases of melanoma which originated from mucous membranes of the area belonging to the field of Otolaryngology in the literature and added to them a case of his own. Melanoma arising from anterior portion of nasal septum of the right nasal cavity is reported in this case; a farmer 67 years of age, with evidence of melanosis in other parts of the patient's body. The author discusses the question in reference to occurrence of melanoma in patients with melanosis and compares the number found in the field of Otolaryngology with those of derm-atology.
