緒言
耳下腺混合腫瘍に就いては1859年v, Bruns及Billrothが報告して以来，相次いで多数の報告がなされてあり，今日さして稀なものではないが私は最近極めて興味深い経過を辿つた本症の1例に遭遇したので茲にその概要を報告し，大方の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。
Shimizu reoprts a case of mixed tumor of the middle ear cavity that caused an early disturbances and paralysis of the labyrinthine nerve, facial nerve and the glosopharyngeal. Such effecis of the tumor of this type is not uncommon when the growth reaches a considerble size but, the present case is interesting because of the fact that the offending growth itself was found to de rather small in size. It had apparently originated fsom the region of canial base.
