特異な経過をとつた眼部嚢状腺様表皮腫の1例

Epithelioma Adenoides Cysticum : Report of a Case.

I．緒言

　Epithelioma adenoides cysticumは，比較的稀な皮膚腫瘍で，わが国ではこれまで皮膚科領域で70例余り報告されているが，眼科での報告は見られず，目本眼科全書などの成書にも記載されていない。

　われわれは，臨床像や経過が非定型的ではあるが，組織学的に本症と診断された1例を経験したので，報告する。

A report is given of a case of cystic ade-noid epithelioma occurring in a 15-year-old female.

The morbid process was initiated by acute panophthalmitis and, after exenteration of the eyeball, swelling of the eyelids appeared and developed into ulceration and formation of papuloid or cystic tumors. Repeated inci-sion, excision and curettage resulted in fibro-sis and healing of the lesion.
