　I．はじめに

　細網肉腫は咽頭領域とくにワルダイエル扁桃輪に好発するので，日常臨床においてさほどめずらしいものではないが，最近右側副咽頭間隙に原発したと考えられる咽頭細網肉腫症例を経験し，しかもその治療中脳内転移を併発したが，幸い制癌剤の多剤併用療法により完全寛解をもたらすことができたので，その概要を報告し，ご批判をあおぐ次第である。

　A case of pharyngeal reticulosarcoma in a man, aged 56, is reported, because of the rarity of the course which has led to its recovery.

　From the history and physical findings of the case the tumor apparently originated from the right pharyngeal space.

　The patient was operated and during the post-operative course the tumor metastasized into the brain base manifesting pseudo-gradenigo's syndrome. A complete remission of this symptom was attained by means of a combined chemotherapy aimed at the treatment of cancer.
