　緒言

　余等の一人市原は本誌（25巻10号；27巻4号；27巻9号）上に於いて女性々的現象の鼻科領域に及ぼす影響に関して其の自覚症状，月経時に於ける他覚症状，諸種の鼻疾患に及ぼす影響並に妊娠前半期特に人工流産前後に於ける他覚症状に就いて報告したが，今回は妊娠後半期特に正常分娩前後に於ける他覚症状に就いて報告し諸賢の御批判を乞わんとするものである。

Through continued observation of changes that are manifested in the nasal mucous me-mbrane influenced by menstrual cycle, Ichi-hara and associates note that, among the 10 gravid women thusly observed, the majority of them showed mucous membran changes with edema and congestion in the nose from the second day of the dilivery. This condit-ion generally subsided at the end of 7 days thereafter. It is also found that as the stage of pregnancy advance in the number of mo-nths more individuals are found nasal mucous membrane changes consisting of edema, epis-taxis and congestion; four patients,(4.4%), showed changes in Fliess' area in the initial stage; one in the middle stage; and, one in the later stage. However, changes in the Fliess' area occurring in pregnancy at the time which the individual's calculated mens-trual period were not recognized.
