緒言
元来聴器に発生する癌腫は少いが，其の少いなかでも耳介癌は割合に多いといわれるが，本邦にて公表されているものは，僅かに14例にすぎない。私は最近耳介癌の患者に遭遇これを全剔出しさらに合成樹脂で義耳を作り患者に使用させたので，茲に報告し，大方諸賢の御参考に供したい。
Shimizu reports a case of epithelioma in the pinna of the right ear in a man, aged 65. The right ear lobe is completely removed: No in-volvement of the lymphatic system in the sur-rounding tissues is found. A plastic ear lobe is constructed and attached to the ear, piece of a spectacle which was worn by the patient. No recurrence of cancer is recognized at the time of this report 1 year after the operation.
