耳介基底細胞癌の1例

A Case of Auricular Basal Carcinoma

I．はじめに

　耳鼻咽喉科領域の悪性腫瘍で聴器腫瘍は1％強といわれ，比較的珍しいとされている^1）。しかし，いったん聴器に腫瘍が発生し，外耳道軟骨や側頭骨に浸潤すると摘出に困難が生じることもある。耳介に限局している場合は，切除は容易と思われるが，耳介軟骨を切除すべきか否かが問題となる。聴器腫瘍は，もともと少ないうえに，その解剖学的部位から皮膚科や形成外科を受診するためか，耳鼻咽喉科からの報告はかなり少ない。

　今回，耳介に限局した基底細胞癌症例を経験したので報告する。

Neoplasm of ear is rare and only 1％ of carcinoma found in otolaryngologic field. A 92-year-old male patient presented with his left auricular tumor. The pathological diagnosis was basal carcinoma. The tumor was 20mm in diameter and staged T1N0M0. After the tumor was dissected,the auricular cartilage was covered with a abdominal skin flap using tie over method. In one and half years after surgery,there was no recurrence observed.
