巨大な耳介周囲血腫の1症例

Large Hematoma-like Tumor around the Periauricular Region

I．はじめに

　今回われわれは突然右耳介周囲に巨大な腫瘤の出現を認め，後に病理学的検索により神経線維腫症の併存が示唆された1症例を経験した。

　いわゆる耳介周囲や頸部腫瘤が認められたもののなかでさらに神経線維症の併存を認めた症例は，吉井ら^1），加藤ら^2），小林ら^3），野口ら^4），Germán^5）の報告がある。これらはいずれも病理学的検索によりその腫瘤が神経線維腫であった。

　In a 38-year-old man, a large tumor (25×15cm) located around the right periauricular region with the abrupt onset.

　A series of arteriography revealed that various kinds of the arteries were supposedly the feeding arteries of the tumor.

　Biopsy obtained from a small tumor (1×1cm) located at the mental portion revealed neurofibroma.
