I．緒言
聴器癌は極めて稀有な疾患とされているが，聴器癌の中では耳介部に発生する事が多い。我々は高齢者に発生した耳介癌に遭遇したので報告する。
In a case of epithelioma of the ear lobe, in a man aged 89, the external ear including the parotid gland on the involved side was removed. The operation was followed by chemotherapy as well as other methods with favorable results. Literature on the subject is reviewed ; the patient is the oldest oper-ated upon for epithelioma of the ear.
