　I．緒言

　耳介に良性腫瘍が発生することは比較的稀とされている。最近，筆者らは左耳介に発生した腫瘤を手術的に摘出し，その病理組織学的検査で神経鞘腫と診断された1例を経験した。本腫瘍は，耳鼻咽喉科領域では聴神経腫瘍が代表的で，その他に中耳，鼻副鼻腔，舌，咽喉頭，頸部などの報告がみられるが，耳介に発生することは極めて珍しいので，ここに報告する。

　Neurinoma is one of popular benign tumors in the otorhinolaryngologic field, but rarely found at the auricle. A female, aged 23, was found to be affected with a swelling, the size of a plum, at the left upper auricular region. The growth was surgically removed with some adjacent auricular cartilage and its pathological finding showed neurinoma of Antoni A type. The authors suspected the tumor originated from the auriculotemporal nerve. No recurrence has been found for about 20 months.
