耳介未分化癌の1例

Anaplastic Carcinoma of the Auricle: A Case Report

I．はじめに

　耳介癌はわが国では比較的報告が少ない。耳介癌は大部分が扁平上皮癌，基底細胞癌である。今回われわれは病理組織学的に興味ある耳介癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

　In a case of auricle anaplastic carcinoma, biopsy revealed malignant round cell tumor and the proliferation of round cells with atypical nuclei. No specific structure such as glandular and epithelial structures was observed. Farther examination was performed, but no other tumor was existed. Partial resection of the auriclar was performed. There has been no sign of recurrence.
