所謂壞疽性鼻炎の1治驗例

　緒言

　所謂壊疽性鼻炎として取扱われていた疾患の中には，鼻腔肉腫の一種もあると云うことは，既にKnapp，立木教授，西山，森本，土佐林，その他の諸氏が，指摘されて居る所であるが，これ等も組織的には，単に肉腫の一種であろうと想像されたに過ぎず，しかも，その多くが剖検によるものであつて，試験切除により診断の確定されたものは極めて少ない．遇々，当教室に於ては，試験切除により，肉腫を疑わしめる像を発見し，ラヂウム照射により，殆ど完全治癒に迄導き得た，所謂壊疽性鼻炎と思われる症例に遭遇したので，茲に其の大略を報告し，大方諸賢の御参考に供すると共に，併せて御批判御教示を仰ぎ度いと思う．

MIURA reports a case of gangrenous rhinitis, in man aged 50, and which in tne beginning gave an appearance of being a reticulosarcoma. But fur-ther clinical observation and microscopic studies made of the tissue after the healing had taken place rendered the affection to be considered as the so-called gangrenous rhinitis. The use of penicillin in this case had no effect whatever but with radium a complete healing was attained. For 2 years now, no recurrence has been observed.
