緒言
鼻及び口腔の軟部，次いで骨部を進行性に壊死に至らしめる所謂進行性壊疽性鼻炎に関しては，その報告少からざるも其の本態は依然不明と言う可く，其の大多数は死の転帰をとつて居り，この点より見る時は悪性腫瘍と同樣に注目す可きものがある。
最近，私共は硬口蓋に原発したと思おれる二例に遭遇し，その一例は剖検し得たので此処に其の概要を報告する。
HORIGUCHI and associates report 2 cases of progressive necrotic rhinitis. One of which came to necropsy with the report that the lesion in question was reticulosarcoma. Ho-wever, the authors maintain that, from clinical standpoint, the disease is unquestion-ably a necrosis and, that the changes that may have incurred to simulate malignancy might have been caused by influence of some unknown elements affecting the granulation tissues that were present.
